Job summary

Ren Ecosystem in Malaysia seeks a skilled .NET/C# developer to join our enterprise HRMS/Payroll team. You will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET Core MVC, with a focus on HRMS modules and backend services.

You will optimize SQL Server performance, build RESTful APIs, and collaborate across teams within an Agile Scrum framework. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and can work both

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC, Entity Framework Core and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Design Patterns, OOP, SOLID principles and Clean Code practices.
• Experience with Git, Agile Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services is an added advantage.
• Experience in HRMS, Payroll or enterprise business applications is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and deliver quality solutions within project timelines.

Responsibilities
