The ideal candidate has 10+ years in media agencies, regional experience across SEA, and deep expertise in Search and Social.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in media agencies with regional SEA accounts.
• Experience managing large regional clients and engaging with senior stakeholders across markets.
• Strong knowledge of Search, Social, and Programmatic channels; deep expertise in Search and Social.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Responsabilidades

• Spearhead key client relationships and act as a trusted strategic partner for senior stakeholders across the region.
• Anticipate client needs, proactively shape agendas, and resolve issues before they scale.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear strategy frameworks and compelling narratives.
• Own quality control of all client-facing deliverables, including regional decks, frameworks, and strategic narratives.
• Manage trade-offs between short-term efficiency and long-term brand growth, framing recommendations clearly for senior stakeholders.
• Bring structure, clarity, and strong governance to complex, multi-market programs.
• Coach and mentor Senior Managers, Planners, and cross-functional team members across the region.
• Stay up to date with trends in media, MarTech, measurement, and creative to identify and develop new revenue opportunities.
