Job summary

HJC Marketing is seeking a motivated digital marketing assistant in Kuala Lumpur to plan and execute campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Ads. You will develop content to strengthen brand identity and engage audiences, collaborating with the design team to ensure consistency.

The role requires at least 1 year in digital marketing, basic SEO knowledge, and some Canva/CapCut editing skills, with a proactive, communicative approach to tracking campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Facebook, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Basic understanding of SEO and ability to analyze campaign performance.
• Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut) and ability to use AI tools to improve content creation and efficiency.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Ads).
• Plan, develop and deliver high-quality content to strengthen brand identity and audience engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure content is engaging and aligned with the brand identity.
• Collect, organize and analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness, and prepare reports and presentations.
• Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate promotions and inform future strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve content quality, engagement and ad performance over time.
• Apply SEO best practices to enhance website and content visibility.
