Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a skilled DFX Engineer to contribute to next-generation microprocessor designs. In the Radeon Technologies Group, you will join the front-end design/integration team, working with architecture, IP design, Physical Design, and product engineers to ensure first pass silicon success.

You will be part of the Client SOC DFX team, bringing expertise in DFX architecture, verification and low-power techniques, collaborating across sites/timezones,

Qualifications

• Passion for modern, complex processor architecture and verification
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• DFX design, planning and implementation of DFX features such as JTAG, Scan, Boundary Scan, and Debug features
• Collaborate with CAD, IP teams for requirements, implementation and power scenarios
• Coordinate with DFX Verification team to ensure quality
• Lead involvement in DFX initiatives and process development
• Provide technical support to cross-functional teams and bring-up DFX features on production engineering stages
