Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DFT Design Verification.
• Strong SystemVerilog/UVM testbench development for complex SoCs.
• Advanced scripting for automation and testbench infra.
• Deep knowledge of digital RTL design and verification flows.
• Proven debugging skills, with ability to work without logs.

Responsibilities

• Implement and verify DFT architecture and features.
• Collaborate with architects, design and firmware teams on DFT features.
• Estimate time and modify test environments for new features.
• Build directed and random DFT verification tests.
• Debug failures with RTL/DFT and firmware teams to fix defects.
• Enhance legacy DFT tests for new Debug features.
• Reproduce post-silicon failures in pre-silicon environments.
• Conduct silicon debug and root cause analysis with minimal logs.
• Utilize JTAG for debugging and validation.
