Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SOC design and DFX architectures.
• Deep knowledge of DFT, scanning, ATPG, MBIST, JTAG/boundary scan and test features.
• Experience applying AI/data-driven techniques to improve engineering productivity.

Responsibilities

• Implement and verify DFT architecture and features.
• Collaborate with architecture and SoC design teams to define DFX strategy.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on DFX requirements and end-to-end implementation flows.
