PCL DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD. is seeking a capable Construction Project Supervisor to oversee site activities from start to finish, ensuring timelines and safety compliance.

You will review drawings, coordinate trades, manage resources, and liaise with consultants and subcontractors to keep projects on track. The role requires hands-on oversight, proactive problem-solving, and strong coordination across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution and site supervision from start to finish.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary project work and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review construction drawings and highlight discrepancies to consultants.
• Monitor approvals, regulations, quality, safety, and inspections; ensure specification compliance.
• Report project progress to management and meet contractual performance conditions.

Ensure quality standards and proper construction techniques.

Chair safety meeting/toolbox/sub-contractor meeting.

Ensure a safe and healthy work environment practices among site personnel.

To review all construction drawings and highlight the discrepancy to respective consultant.

To ensure all works trade are well coordinated.

Perform additional duties as directed by superiors.
