Job summary

Elegant Builders Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an on-site supervisor with a Diploma in Civil Engineering to oversee works, ensure schedules are met, and conform to drawings. You will coordinate between disciplines, liaise with the client and consultant, and communicate effectively with all levels of project staff, while coping with a fast pace and tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in Civil Engineering
• Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
• Ability to resolve issues with minimal supervision
• Ability to liaise and coordinate the work between the client and the site team
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
• Fresh graduates with good fundamental on technical knowledge are encouraged to apply

Job description

To supervise the works on-site to ensure the works are carried out on schedule & in accordance to the drawing

Coordinate works between various discipline and resolve any interface issues

To communicate & coordinate the works with the client and consultant to ensure the smooth running of the project

Able to cope with the fast pace environment & meet the tight deadlines set out by the clients

Requirements:

Diploma holder in Civil Engineering

Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail

Ability to resolve issues with minimal supervision

Ability to liaise and coordinate the work between the client and the site team

Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels

Preferably 2 years of work experience

Fresh graduates with good fundamental on technical knowledge are encouraged to apply

Willing to relocate depending on the project requirements
