Job summary

MLDC Berhad is seeking a highly experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee review and supervision of construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs and schedules while coordinating multidisciplinary teams on-site.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree in C&S or related engineering, is registered with BEM/IEM, and has 10+ years of building construction experience including 2–3 high-rise projects; strong QA/QC and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

Degree in C&S or related Engineering field is required.
Strong QA/QC background and documentation skills.
Experience dealing with consultants, clients, and authorities.
Registered with BEM/IEM is preferred.

Responsibilities

Review and supervise construction activities, sequencing, and contractor performance.
Review and verify technical submissions (shop drawings, RFIs, method statements, testing & commissioning).
Conduct regular site inspections, technical supervision, and witnessing of works (civil, structural, M&E coordination).
Manage non-conformances, IOWs, defects, and ensure timely corrective actions.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, authorities, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical matters.
