Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. seeks an experienced ASIC/SOC verification engineer to advance pre-silicon IP verification quality for next generation processors, GPUs, and SoCs. You will contribute to FV environments, test plans, and regression for complex RTL with power/performance balance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, communication, and leadership. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Penang to deliver timely, high-quality hardware verification results.

Qualifications

• Experience in ASIC/SOC design verification using SV/UVM or Formal Verification.
• Strong English communication and analytical skills are essential.
• 6+ years in SV assertion/coverage/verification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Apply current functional verification techniques to pre-silicon IP verification quality and Time to Market.
• Port/modify the FV environment for new design, create block/IP level test plans and implementations.
• Provide technical guidance to the FV team and work independently on FV tasks.
