Job summary

AMD in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a design verification engineer to advance next-generation processors and SOCs. You will own verification of high-speed, low-power digital designs at IP and system levels, using Verilog, SystemVerilog and UVM, and contribute to creating advanced testbenches and BFMs.

You should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EE/CS and strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills across globally distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in ASIC/SoC design and verification.
• Strong communication and collaboration across sites/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design team to define verification requirements for high-speed, low-power digital designs from definition to implementation.
• Own verification of high-speed, low-power designs at IP and System level using coverage-driven constraint random and directed testing, plus formal verification.
