Job summary

Ant International in Kuala Lumpur seeks a finance professional to own end-to-end reconciliation of funding costs and manage the channel settlements lifecycle from invoicing to dispute resolution. You will design standardized reconciliation reports and drive digital process improvements with RPA/AI tools, collaborating with tech teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in financial reconciliation, strong cross-functional skills, and a detail-oriented, data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, accounting, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in financial reconciliation, settlement, or related fields; priority to those with reconciliation with issuing banks/card schemes.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
Detail-oriented and analytical with high data sensitivity and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle work pressure.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Reconciliation of Funding Cost and ensuring accuracy, timeliness and system consistency.
End-to-End Management of Channel Settlements, including invoice verification, payments, disputes, and exceptions.
Design and execution of standardized reconciliation reports with insights for improvements.
Drive digital transformation with RPA and AI-based reconciliation tools; collaborate with tech teams.
Support business cost analysis with data-driven insights and cost-reduction opportunities.
