Job summary

TradeQuo Global is seeking a detail-oriented Card Reconciliation Officer to ensure accurate card transaction settlements through daily reconciliation, discrepancy investigation and reporting. You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain financial integrity and compliance.

Requirements include a finance or related degree and 2–4 years in reconciliation or back-office roles; advanced Excel and ERP/ banking system familiarity is preferred. This is an onsite role in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, banking or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial reconciliation, back-office operations or card processing.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily end-to-end reconciliation of card settlements across internal systems.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and coordinate with teams to resolve discrepancies.
