Job summary

Ant International is seeking a Finance Specialist to oversee reconciliation of funding costs and the end-to-end settlements between channel partners and the company. You will design standardized reconciliation reports and drive automation initiatives with RPA and AI tools.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in finance or accounting and 3–5 years of related experience, with Mandarin and English bilingualism considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial reconciliation or settlements.
• Candidates with experience reconciling with issuing banks or card schemes will be prioritized.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and analytical skills.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile funding costs for accuracy, timeliness, and system consistency.
• Manage end-to-end channel settlements including invoice verification and dispute resolution.
• Design and maintain standardized reconciliation reports with data-driven insights.
• Drive digital transformation through RPA and AI-based reconciliation tools.
• Provide data-driven cost analysis and actionable optimization recommendations.
