Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Finance & Reconciliation Assistant/Executive to perform daily reconciliations across payment gateways, wallets, bank accounts and ledgers.

You will verify balances, monitor settlements, and generate insightful reports for management while maintaining meticulous documentation for audits. Mandarin fluency is required, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in high-volume reconciliations or financial ops.
• Fluency in Mandarin and strong English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations across payment gateways, wallets, banks, and ledgers.
• Track and resolve discrepancies, failed transactions, and settlement delays.
• Prepare daily summaries and weekly financial reports for management.
• Monitor cash flows and maintain audit-ready documentation.
