Job summary

AXA Group Operations is seeking a Senior Developer with deep expertise in ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, GRC, HR and SPM to lead the design, development, and integration of innovative workflows. You will collaborate with Solution Architects and product teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions in a dynamic, global environment.

The role requires strong JavaScript, GlideRecord/GlideAjax, and ServiceNow API experience, plus ITIL and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT; Master's degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of ServiceNow development across ITSM, ITOM, GRC, HR, SPM and Interfaces.
• Experience in a global, multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and deployment of complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop high-quality, scalable ServiceNow applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship new features.
• Ensure performance, quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Provide coaching to junior developers and conduct code reviews.
