Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Implementor to design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB. The role requires 6–10+ years of hands-on delivery and a degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities include building workflows, managing CMDB, integrating via REST/SOAP, and delivering analytics dashboards while adhering to best practices and governance. Certifications CSA/CSD/CIS/CTA are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementor roles.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Certifications CSA/CSD/CIS/CTA mandatory; CAD/CIS-ITSM/CIS-ITOM/CIS-ITAM advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM & ITAM modules.
• Build workflows, business rules, scripts, UI policies, forms, and dashboards.
• Design and manage CMDB, CI relationships, service mapping, and data normalization.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and web services.
• Implement automation using Flow Designer, Orchestration, scheduled jobs, and business rules.
• Build Performance Analytics dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
• Troubleshoot platform/module issues and ensure ServiceNow best practices and governance.
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, operations teams, and business stakeholders.
