Job summary

Mindray is seeking a PMLS Service Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to manage regional service activities for PMLS products, including patient monitors, pumps, ventilators, and anesthesia devices. The role involves direct customer engagement, technical support, and training of distributors.

Responsibilities

PMLS Service engineer

Responsibilities

• Customer management: Establish an effective problem‑management model to quickly resolve technical problems on the regional customer side. Collect and analyze service needs, report to headquarters, and provide services to meet customer needs, thereby improving satisfaction in the region.
• Technical support: Focus on PMLS products (patient monitor, pump, ventilator, anesthesia and related IT). Provide technical support to regional distributor engineers, onsite support as necessary, and escalation to headquarters. Provide local training to distributors to improve technical capacity.
• Distributor management: Based on regional business development, formulate planning and empowerment targets for distributors. Follow up and supervise the completion of service indicators, ensuring distributor service quality.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics or biomedical engineering preferred.
• Experience: Over 5 years in a service role, familiar with local market and service situation, with management ability and market observation.
• Knowledge and skills: Good written and spoken English; strong teaching, communication, problem‑solving, and information‑collection & analysis skills; comfortable with frequent travel; adaptable to cross‑culture environments.
• Other: Positive work attitude, ability to handle pressure, and proficiency with computer and office software.
