Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, personalized service to guests.

Ensure seamless dining experiences from greeting to farewell.

Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, wine list, and restaurant offerings.

Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service.

Lead and train junior service staff when necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant.
