Job summary

Table & Apron is seeking a Restaurant Manager to build on our hospitality legacy, leading a young operations service team with warmth and genuine rapport with guests. You will champion service excellence, mentor staff, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations in a dynamic dining environment.

You will collaborate with peers across marketing, finance and management, reporting to the leadership team. The role offers growth toward Partner capacity within our company as we expand our hospitality

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities and assist Front-of-House service in our restaurant.
• Provide service training & up-skilling with Front-of-House team
• Ensure Store inventory housekeeping is managed in accordance to restaurant standards
• Facilitate & encourage different perspectives on creating better restaurant expeirences within team
• Build a culture of positive-dialogue& rapport-building with regular customers
• Build weekly work schedules & manage service workforce
• Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability.

In this role, you are instrumental in leading a young operations service team in creating a sustainable dialogue about tactical empathy, anticipatory initiatives & genuine warmth. More than just being a service veteran, you must also possess a desire for leadership & management - where your foresight & composure is paramount to the team's success. You also aspire to change the industry for the better, paving career opportunities for those whose calling is in cookery in this modern age.

You will be working with peers across different business functions (marketing, finance, & management) in rolling out quarterly targets. You will be reporting directly to the management team. There is also career growth towards Partner capacity in our company.
