Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Service Automation Engineer specializing in CMDB and Control-M to join our automation team. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end automation and batch scheduling across critical IT services.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Control-M, CMDB, and database platforms (Oracle/SQL/MySQL), plus strong scripting skills in Python and shell.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in service automation or related fields.
• Hands-on expertise with Control-M and CMDB management systems.
• Experience with migration, upgrade, DB mirroring, HA setup, DR activities, and AAPI usage.

Responsibilities
