Job summary

Singtel in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Associate Engineer, Data Centre to be based in our KL office. In this role, you are responsible to perform daily operations role and ensure day-to-day smooth execution and continuous operations.

You will manage batch schedules using BMC Control-M, develop job flows, monitor execution, and provide incident escalation, DR support, and timely reporting across multiple applications and operating systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or Computer Science is required.
• 1–3 years of DC Operations experience preferred; fresh graduates considered.
• Familiar with Data Centre & Server Operations Support is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of BMC Control-M scheduling and reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate batch job schedules using BMC Control-M across multiple systems.
• Create and monitor job flows using Control-M Workspace.
• Monitor Control-M batch job execution and handling of outputs.
• Provide incident escalation, DR support, and reporting as required.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/ad-hoc operational reports.
• Follow security procedures and support audits.
