Job summary

Broadcom in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Demand & Supply Planning Manager to steer material flow for semiconductor IC products. You will lead demand forecasting, align with Sales and Marketing, and develop production plans to ensure on-time delivery and revenue targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10–12 years in manufacturing or supply chain planning within semiconductors, with strong data analytics, MS Excel, and ERP/MRP experience; Oracle experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; engineering background is an advantage.
• 10–12 years in manufacturing or supply chain planning within semiconductors or EE.
• Experience defining supply chain processes and best practices.
• Strong data analysis and hands-on MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership for internal/external teams.
• Experience with MRP systems; Oracle experience preferred.
• Willingness to work off hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Demand planning and supply of Semiconductor IC products.
• Rationalize forecasts with Sales/Marketing to optimize production plans.
• Generate and monitor material, capacity, and build plans; develop a planning strategy.
• Interface with outsource manufacturing partners to prioritise and execute orders.
• Interface with engineering and BUs to secure outsource capacity.
• Manage internal and external communications on capacity allocation.
• Project and control inventory movement to meet DOH targets.
