Job summary

Broadcom Penang is seeking an experienced supervisor for end-to-end supply and demand planning of Semiconductor IC products. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and outsourcing partners to ensure on-time delivery and revenue targets.

The role requires extensive planning experience, strong data analysis, and hands-on leadership to coordinate capacity allocation and inventory movements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any disciplinary or equivalent; engineering background is an advantage.
• 10–12 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain planning, production planning or related field in semiconductor or EE industry.
• Experience defining supply chain processes and implementing best practices.
• Ability to prepare communication plans to CM, customers, sales or executive management.
• Strong data analysis skills and hands-on approach.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to lead internal and external communications.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel); experience with MRP systems, Oracle preferred.
• Capable of making financially sound decisions in a fast-paced market; willing to work off hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the demand planning and supply of Semiconductor IC products
• Rationalize demand forecasts and customer demand with Sales and Marketing to determine optimum production plans for on-time delivery and revenue achievement
• Generate and monitor material requirements, capacity requirements, and build plan schedules and develop a planning strategy for ensuring timely product delivery
• Interface & Manage outsource manufacturing partners to ensure day-to-day prioritization and execution of production orders
• Interface with engineering and all Business Unit to secure Outsource manufacturing partner capacity
• Manage internal & external business communication on capacity allocation
• Project and control inventory movement to achieve given DOH target
