The role requires 7–10+ years in wafer or production planning, strong knowledge of wafer fab processes, SAP and MES, and excellent analytical and cross-functional coordination skills.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10+ years of experience in semiconductor wafer planning, production planning, or supply planning.
• Deep knowledge of wafer fab processes, WIP flow, cycle time, and bottleneck behavior.
• Strong experience with SAP and MES systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel

Aufgaben

• Wafer Start & Supply Planning: Convert customer demand and forecasts into accurate monthly/weekly wafer start plans.
• Capacity & Constraint Management: Analyze fab capacity across critical tools and identify bottlenecks and risks.
• WIP & Cycle-Time Governance: Monitor WIP distribution by technology/product and drive actions to maintain WIP health.
• Customer Commit & Delivery Support: Provide accurate customer order confirmation by ensuring fab WIP understands up to date delivery schedule.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in management review cycles and support NPI ramps.
• Data, Systems, and Process Excellence: Maintain planning master data and support digitalization initiatives.
