Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; engineering background advantageous.
• Minimum 10–12 years in manufacturing, supply chain planning, or related field in Semiconductor/EE industry.
• Experience defining supply chain processes and implementing best practices.
• Strong data analysis skills with hands-on proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for demand planning and supply of Semiconductor IC products.
• Rationalize forecasts with Sales and Marketing to determine optimal production plans for on-time delivery and revenue.
• Generate and monitor material and capacity requirements; build planning schedules and strategies.
• Interface with outsource manufacturers and manage capacity and day-to-day prioritization of production orders.
• Coordinate with engineering and business units to secure outsource capacity and communicate with CM/customers.
