Job summary

Empire Automation Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead secure system projects in Penang. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, vendors and project teams to ensure delivery from planning through completion.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, knowledge of CCTV/Access Control/ELV, and strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Travel and residing in Penang are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering, IT, or project management.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in CCTV, Access Control, ELV, or integrated security systems is highly preferred.
• Strong coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Chinese-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
• Candidates must be able to reside in Penang.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver security projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, contractors, vendors and site activities.
• Manage client communication and ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, budget, quality and timelines.
• Lead project teams and resolve technical or site-related issues.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and project handover.
• Prepare project reports, documentation and progress updates.
• Conduct site visits and travel when required.
