Empire Automation Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking an Assistant Manager to support our Security Integrated Management Solutions team. You will work with project teams, clients and vendors to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and successfully.

Based in Penang and willing to travel. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, or Project Management, with experience in CCTV, Access Control, ELV or Integrated Security Systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, IT, project management or related field.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, ELV or integrated security systems is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and based in Penang.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating security system projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, technicians, clients and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, quality and deliverables.
• Assist in resolving technical, site and project-related issues.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and support client requirements.
• Conduct site visits and attend project meetings when required.
• Prepare project reports, documentation and progress updates.
• Support the Manager in daily project and operational activities.

Requirements

• Good project coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Chinese-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Experience dealing directly with clients is an added advantage.
• Must possess own transport.
• Willing to travel outstation and overseas when required.
• Position is based in Penang.
