Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a client seeking an experienced Project Manager - HVM to lead High-Security Vehicle Mitigation and systems integration projects from our Malaysia office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

The role requires overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• PMP Certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of total working experience, with at least 3 years in project management.
• Experience in Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) or security systems industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scope Analysis: interpret SOWs, drawings, and schematics; define scopes, timelines, and resource plans.
• Project Execution & Coordination: manage day-to-day activities to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget; oversee cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Schedule & Resource Management: develop, track, and update detailed project schedules; manage internal and external resources.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: serve as primary contact for clients and contractors; provide regular updates and progress documentation; attend on-site meetings.
