Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Security Manager to lead planning, implementation, and oversight of security operations protecting assets, employees, clients, and premises in Pulau Indah, Selangor.

The role requires 5+ years in security management or related fields, strong leadership, risk assessment, and experience with CCTV, access control, and security incident management. You will supervise security personnel, coordinate with vendors and authorities, and report on security metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security management or equivalent.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to manage security incidents and investigations.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and protocols.
• Oversee day-to-day security operations at the Pulau Indah plant, Selangor.
• Supervise security personnel, including scheduling and training.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with external security vendors, law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Ensure security systems function properly (CCTV, access control, alarms).
• Handle incidents and crises professionally and discreetly.
• Prepare security reports and management updates.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company standards.
• Promote safety culture and collaborate with HR and IT.
