Job summary

Horizon Construction Overseas (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to drive scaffolding rental services in Malaysia. You will build relationships with contractors, developers and project teams, tailor rental solutions, and manage the sales cycle with commissions and allowances.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in construction or scaffolding, fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, and is willing to travel with own transport.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction or scaffolding-related industry.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Proactive, independent, and result-oriented with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Willing to travel and conduct site visits; must have own transport.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and project teams.
• Promote scaffolding rental services and achieve company sales targets.
• Propose suitable rental solutions and quotations based on project requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to follow up on customer needs and project progress.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Follow up on payments and assist in debt collection.
• Prepare and submit sales plans and reports.
