Job summary

SKA Rekabina Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking scaffolders to erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding in line with drawings and safety standards. You will install platforms, ladders, guardrails, and toe boards, coordinating with site teams to maintain steady progress.

The role includes leading Level 1 and Level 2 scaffolders, inspecting work for safety, and ensuring compliance with HSE rules and good housekeeping on site.

Responsibilities

• Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding.
• Ensure scaffolding is properly installed and secured.
• Install platforms, ladders, guardrails and toe boards.
• Inspect scaffolding and report any defects or unsafe conditions.
• Follow site safety rules and HSE requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping at the work area.
• Assist the supervisor in daily scaffolding works.
• Lead and supervise scaffolding erection, modification and dismantling.
• Ensure scaffolding is erected according to drawings and safety requirements.
• Inspect completed scaffolding and ensure it is safe for use.
• Guide and supervise Level 1 & Level 2 scaffolders.
• Coordinate scaffolding works with site teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials and daily work progress.
• Ensure compliance with site safety and HSE requirements.
