Job summary

Nexperia is seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist to own and evolve our SAP SuccessFactors platform in Kuala Lumpur as we transition from Workday. You will lead foundation setup, security, governance and AI/Joule adoption, collaborating with HR, IT, security and country teams to deliver scalable HR technology.

You will drive platform standards, RBAC, integrations, data migration and release management while enabling global HR processes and secure identity management across the system.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience with deep Employee Central knowledge.
