Demant is seeking a Senior HRIT Specialist to join our global HRIT team. You will design, configure, and administer SAP SuccessFactors in the Core Workforce domain, with a focus on Employee Central and integrations.

You will translate business requirements into robust system designs and support international rollouts across Europe. Collaborate with HR Digitalization, Product Owners, IT, and vendors to ensure a scalable, stable HRIT landscape.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, especially Employee Central, in a complex global environment.
• Advanced Employee Central configuration: data models, rules, workflows, permissions.
• Strong experience designing integrations between SF and other HR/ERP systems (Boomi, Azure, BTP, SF Integration Center).
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and advise senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Own complex 2nd–3rd level support for SAP SuccessFactors across Employee Central, Compensation, and Time Management.
• Lead advanced Employee Central configuration including data models, workflows, and permissions.
• Design end‑to‑end integrations from SuccessFactors to internal or external systems, with specs and monitoring.
• Drive system changes from requirements through deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Lead HRIT workstreams and support international rollouts and governance.
• Advise HR and IT stakeholders to improve architecture, data quality, and adoption.
