Job summary

TCR Group is seeking a Senior SAP Finance Application Support Engineer (L3) to own SAP Finance support operations across the group, focusing on FI/CO postings, compliance and stability. You will collaborate with Finance stakeholders and technical teams, driving root-cause analysis and continuous improvements.

You will be the escalation point for complex incidents and integrations, participate in upgrades and license access control, and mentor L1/L2 teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience as L3 SAP Application Support Engineer in SAP Finance (FI/CO).
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance in production environments.
Solid ITIL knowledge: Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management.

Responsibilities

Act as L3 owner for SAP Finance processes (FI/CO) ensuring correctness and compliance.
Escalate and resolve complex SAP Finance incidents and integrations with stakeholders.
Lead RCA and drive continuous improvement, automation and knowledge sharing.
Maintain and optimise SAP-Finance integrations with third-party systems and banking platforms.
Support SAP upgrades, patches, testing and configuration changes.
