Job summary

TCR Group is seeking a motivated SAP Operations Support Engineer (L2) to join our IT team in supporting SAP FSM and its integration with SAP S/4HANA. The role involves investigating issues across end-to-end field service processes and collaborating with business users, SAP teams, technical teams, and external partners.

You will also support SAP Service and Maintenance processes, including service orders, maintenance planning, master data, materials, and confirmations.

Qualifications

• Solid SAP foundation in SAP FSM and related modules.
• Experience supporting SAP Field Service Management integrations with S/4HANA.
• Ability to analyse incidents end-to-end and coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for SAP FSM and its integration with SAP S/4HANA.
• Analyse and troubleshoot incidents affecting field service processes and technician operations.
• Investigate interfaces, IDocs, queues, and logs to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with business users, L3/technical teams, and external partners to resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, including upgrades, testing, and process enhancements.
