Job summary

cbs APAC is hiring an experienced SAP Support Senior Consultant - Finance (FI/CO) for our Kuala Lumpur team. The role focuses on incident resolution, change requests, and end-user support for FICO processes within SAP S/4HANA environments.

You should have at least 7 years in SAP FI/CO, strong integration knowledge with other SAP modules, and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. English fluency is essential; utilities industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional SAP FI/CO experience with strong FICO process knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules
• Fluent in English, strong communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Incident resolution for SAP FI/CO incidents with minimal business disruption
• Change request management to meet business change expectations and deadlines
• Service request handling and end-user support for FICO processes
• Configuration and customization of SAP FICO to meet business requirements, collaborating with development teams
• Adherence to SLA commitments and timely follow-ups with customers and teams
