Job summary

Proton is seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA FICO specialist to provide second-level support to business users, ensure smooth system operations, and drive efficient financial and controlling processes. You will manage end-to-end SDLC activities for FICO projects and system enhancements, including requirements analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or similar discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in the SAP S4 HANA FICO module.
• Functional and technical knowledge in SAP S/4HANA FICO is a MUST.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Experience in project implementation.
• Knowledge of Finance processes is an advantage.Possess a mature personality, good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization.
• Ability to multitask, highly numerate, and possess strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and fully understands Company’s business operations and provides suggestions for continuous improvements to ensure that desired business objectives are successfully met.
• Ensures ease of transactions for customers and business partners to conduct business with the Company by preparing designs, simplifying, improving or redesigning business processes and providing additional value in the services provided.
• Implement SAP S4 HANA FICO application projects by following projects schedule, activities and tasks, and meeting agreed objectives of the project.
• Ensures the business requirements for SAP S4 HANA FICO are successfully met by gathering requirements, preparing business blueprint, designing, developing, testing and preparing effective system documentations.
• Provide 2nd level support for SAP S4 HANA FICO area to ensure smooth system flow to support business operation.
• Provide training to business key users (Train-The-Trainer) on SAP S4 HANA FICO system process flow and new implemented system function to support business operation.
• Provide a high standard and high quality of work by applying technical and business knowledge to tasks assigned.
• Keeps the superior of IT Finance area up-to-date by constantly reporting to him/her on the progress of each task assigned and related work issues.
