You will design, develop and integrate Salesforce solutions across a multi-campus environment, collaborating with product owners and architects to deliver scalable platforms and uplift initiatives.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, mentoring of junior developers, and active participation in release cycles within an Agile team.

Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer certification required.
Deep expertise across Apex, Lightning and Visualforce.
Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in Agile environments.
Strong integration experience with APIs and external systems.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Mentoring developers and contributing to technical leadership activities.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and enhance Salesforce solutions across an enterprise environment.
Build custom applications using Apex, Lightning Components and Visualforce.
Integrate Salesforce with a range of third-party applications and enterprise systems.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects and Delivery teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers within the team.
Support platform releases, continuous improvement initiatives and development best practices.
Contribute to a significant Salesforce modernisation and platform uplift program.
