Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a globally recognized international school in Malaysia. The role focuses on enhancing CRM capabilities and delivering seamless experiences for students, parents, staff, and alumni.

You will design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions, collaborating across departments and staying current with Salesforce releases to optimize performance in a dynamic educational environment.

Qualifications

Proven Salesforce Developer with 2+ years experience preferred.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional certs welcome.
Proficient in Apex, SOQL, LWC and Salesforce automation tools.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration, especially in multicultural environments.
Experience in education or nonprofit environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
Collaborate with Admissions, Development, and Academic Services to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, LWC, flows, and automations.
Integrate Salesforce with SIS, finance platforms, and other tools.
Ensure data integrity, security, and GDPR-like privacy compliance.
Provide technical support, documentation, and user training.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and optimize system performance.
