Job summary
ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join a high-performing technology team supporting a complex enterprise Salesforce environment for a large education organisation.
You will handle day-to-day admin tasks, security, data quality, and platform improvements, while collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and external vendors to deliver reliable CRM services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience administering Salesforce in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, user management, sharing models and governance.
- Hands-on experience with Flows, validation rules and approval processes.
- Experience building and supporting Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Salesforce Certification is required.
- Experience with Service Cloud and DevOps tools (Copado).
- Experience in higher education or large service-based environments.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform with high availability and security.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls.
- Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and automation.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for incidents and requests.
- Oversee security including SSO and MFA; support releases and environment coordination.
