Job summary

DKSH in Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Technical Service & Sales Administration Support to ensure smooth sales operations and technical service coordination within the Technology unit. You will maintain documentation, support the sales team, and nurture customer/vendor relationships to sustain performance.

You will coordinate tenders, contracts, and documentation, while handling administrative duties and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a science-related field.
• 3–4 years of experience as a sales coordinator in the scientific equipment industry.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of government tender processes and e-Portal systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact, building relationships with customers and vendors.
• Support sales team with lead generation, follow-up and sales reporting for pipeline visibility.
• Ensure all sales documentation, contracts and proposals are accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate service-related contracts, tenders, and docs for the technical service team.
• Manage tender files and eligible vendor list for readiness and compliance.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks as required.
