Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to enable commercial excellence in Modern Trade across Malaysia and Singapore. You will lead execution planning, performance management, dashboards, and data-driven decision making to support sustainable growth.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing and IT to optimize processes, systems, and trade investments, while building a high-performing operations team and driving cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• 6–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Sales within FMCG or related industries.
• Proven experience in sales operations, performance management, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia and Singapore market dynamics across channels.
• Experience managing trade spend and commercial budgets.

• Sales Operations & Execution Excellence across Modern Trade.
• Lead the sales execution planning cycle with dashboards and reports.
• Budget & Trade Spend Management in collaboration with Finance and Sales.
• Data Analytics & Insights to guide decisions, using Power BI, Excel, and CRM tools.
• Systems & Digital Transformation to optimize TRAX, SFA, and CRM adoption.
• Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing and IT.
