Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.
• Identify markets, develop plans, and enter new markets to secure projects.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and proforma invoices for prospects.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to promote the brand.
• Minimize costs while maximizing profits through monthly improvements.
• Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts with fairness and integrity.
• Organize fairs and events ensuring accurate representations of products.
• Provide solutions and manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
• Meet with clients to gather detailed order briefs and clarify requirements.
• Prepare annual and sales reports for supervision, ensuring accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze project performance to achieve goals.
• Provide weekly training sessions for sales team.
• Host weekly internal meetings to align responsibilities.
• Identify improvement opportunities for individuals and team.
• Ensure timely monthly sales reports and departmental improvement reports.
• Document contacts and protect assets with integrity.
• Perform any other duties assigned by leadership.
• Maintain showroom in excellent condition.
• Adhere to all duties required by leadership.
