We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Interior Designer to join our growing team at our Cheras, Kuala Lumpur office on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients to match their project needs and lifestyle preferences with a realistic budget.
• Crafting design concepts and layouts,including preparing costing and quotations.
• Prepare and participate in client presentations, including quotations.
• Work side-by-side with clients to guarantee a smooth experience during the design process and ensure project success delivered.
• Collaborate withdesigner team, QS &project team& suppliers to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
• Conduct site inspections to make sure the design and specifications are used correctly and to make sure project work is done to meet client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience in interior design with a strong background in sales or client management.
• Preferred strong design sense with proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, and SketchUp).
• Able to work as part of a team and independently to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and project details.
