TopNotch HR Consulting Firm is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth in the Malaysia automotive parts market. You will strengthen relationships with key customers and expand our presence in the region through strategic portfolio management and collaboration with internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in automotive parts sales, including three in Malaysia or a regional market, with strong negotiation and market development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, automotive, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive parts sales, including at least 3 years in Malaysia/regional market.
• Strong understanding of the Malaysia automotive landscape and OEM models.
• Excellent negotiation, planning, and market development skills.
• Knowledge of automotive body parts, NVH components, and standard sales processes.
