Job summary

Halliburton Energy Services is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive the execution of the unit's business plan, recruit and deploy technical sales resources, and develop strategic account plans in the global energy market.

The role involves coordinating with the Business Development Team on pricing, technology and customer relations, with a focus on managing sizeable assets, budgets and staff across PSL field operations and engineering domains.

Qualifications

• Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.

Responsibilities

• Leads, directs, develops and aligns the resources of the sales organization to implement the unit’s business plan.
• Recruits and deploys technical sales resources for the area.
• Develops account plans with Account Leaders and technical advisors.
• Communicates with Business Development Team regarding pricing, technology, new business relations, and customer and competitor activity.

Education

Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, engineering, or science
