Job summary

Tan Chong Group is seeking a Senior Executive, Sales based in Segambut to drive monthly sales targets through a robust dealer network. The role involves supporting customer base development, market intelligence, and coordination with Credit Control and Inventory teams to optimize stock and receivables.

A Diploma in automotive or related fields with 4–6 years sales experience is required. The position offers permanent, full-time employment with opportunities for growth within a diversified

Qualifications

• Diploma in Automotive Industry or related spare parts experience or Lubricant in related field.
• At least 4 – 6 years of sales working experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, tax and statutory reporting processes, internal controls and intercompany transactions.
• Knowledge of Spare parts, Lubricants, Automotive Battery or Tires is preferred. Technical knowledge will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through an effective dealers network.
• Support management in streamlining customer base and propose action plans.
• Provide management with accurate market information, feedback and competitor activities.
• Monitor and assist Credit Control with receivables collection within terms.
• Support inventory in clearance of slow-moving stock and stock planning/ordering.
• Recruit and open new potential customer accounts in the region with existing and new product ranges.
• Assist Head of Sales and management to support junior sales facing daily operations.
