Job summary

Swatch Group (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly targets through wholesale account management and sales performance analysis. You will handle after-sales matters, coordinate with customers, retail partners and Customer Service to ensure excellent service, and conduct training for retailer staff and internal teams.

Experience in premium retail is advantageous, with a strong commercial mindset, outstanding

• Good commercial background with proven ability to manage retail accounts and drive sales.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with good command of English.

• Customer-oriented, organised, proactive and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

What You'll Be Doing

Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales targets through wholesale account management and sales performance analysis.

Manage after-sales matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer cases.

Liaise closely with customers, retail partners, and Customer Service Department to ensure a high level of customer service satisfaction.
