Job summary

TIMEKEEPER is seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our watch boutique(s) at Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall in Selangor, Malaysia. You will drive outlet sales, manage the sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, monitor KPI attainment, and maintain strong merchandising standards. Weekend availability is required, and live/social media selling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Target-driven with a proven sales track record.
• Retail operations knowledge, including stock control and visual merchandising.
• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
• English proficiency; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Able to work at Sunway Pyramid.
• Able to do live selling or having sales experience in social media is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.
• Monitor sales performance and stock movement.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and customer service.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to management.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of store products and services and use this knowledge to build sales.
• Ensure sufficient manpower everyday in the store.
